Since I started learning to play, I have always loved sharing what I learnt with others. To this end I have been teaching music for over a decade. I am an excellent communicator and have worked in a wide variety of educational settings including schools, youth clubs, libraries, studios, rehearsal rooms and with the Salvation Army, Birmingham City Council, The Red Cross and many other organizations. I have also regularly had people with me on sessions for work experience or for continuing their professional development.
I spent two years training with the Fleet Arts to be a music workshop leader. Since then I have helped to deliver and design workshops ranging from rock schools, digital music technology, recording, live sound, composition, music for computer games, music for film, orchestral collaboration, and percussion.
I also can provide private tuition in a variety of areas including digital music technology, record production, live sound engineering and instrumental lessons.
